1. Currently available is the Physical book available from Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Barnes& Noble and all places where books are sold.
2. We also have an Audio book which is read by Troy W. Hudson – over 5 hours of audio the complete unabridged version on MP3 – Available in Down Load Format  from Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk and  iTunes.
3. We have a free download of Chapter 3 from the book available – you have to sign up to get access to that and to allow us to send you emails.
4. There is a  colour version of the Kindle (Kindle Fire) and this can be read on the standard Kindle in Black and white if you do not have a Kindle Fire.
